Job Description

Exempt/Non Exempt: Hourly

Responsibilities

• Promote ACG products and services
• Service customer needs
• Provide sales and support services in person and by phone
• Greet customers and provide peace of mind
• Perform cashiering services
• Support travel and/or Insurance departments
• Participate in office events to generate revenue

Qualifications

• High School/GED
• Passion and enthusiasm for working with people
• Basic mathematical calculations
• Effective communication (verbal and written)
• Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Teamwork and customer service orientation
• Professionalism and efficient service
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment

Schedule and Work Environment

This is 100% an in-office position. Employees will service ACG members in-person and are based on site in an ACG branch facility.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. 40 hours a week. 1 hour lunch break
