Responsibilities
- Handle member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process member transactions and requests efficiently
- Provide accurate and timely information to members
- Conduct member outreach to improve satisfaction
- Follow up on member issues and escalate as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
