About the role
As a Member Relations Specialist you will be a trusted advisor to our members and process financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Performing advanced account maintenance and financial transactions
- Meeting monthly sales goals
- Encouraging fellow staff to meet monthly sales goals
- Assisting management staff with member service needs
- Performing outbound calls to gain business
- Opening and closing the branch and member service lines
- Administering cross training programs for branch employees
- Understanding and recommending all Credit Union products and services
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Knowledge of Consumer Lending and Financial Products
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Enthusiastic and Positive Attitude
