About the role

The Member Relations Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for Student Conduct Institute (SCI) members and inquiries, assist with membership onboarding, outreach, invoicing, offboarding, and other Member Relations tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for SCI members and inquiries and triage as necessary.
  • Assist the Sr. Assistant Director of Member Relations & Operations with membership onboarding, outreach, invoicing, offboarding, and other Member Relations related tasks.
  • Organize and collect physical/electronic membership data.
  • Affiliate with the creation/modification of user accounts, and issue account credentials.
  • Support SCI team members with the logistical needs of training content delivery.
  • Assist in the development of educational and promotional marketing material for the SCI.
  • Conduct research on member related vendors, software, and partnerships.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the broader SCI team.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders for the SCI program.
  • Affiliate with scheduling and calendar needs.
  • Affiliate with assignment of course credit.
  • Host for Live@Distance webinars, assisting with login issues, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Coordinator on relevant training website updates.
  • Affiliate with tracking expenses, issuing purchase requests and ensuring timely payment of invoices.

Requirements

  • Required Qualifications: Associate's degree (or equivalent work experience), minimum of 1 year experience in an outward facing customer service-related role, excellent and responsive customer service skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team, strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, ability to articulate internal technical processes to external stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience), knowledge of Title IX regulations and compliance, experience working within a large, complex organization, experience with or comfortable with online or digital learning platforms.

Pay

The salary for this position is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, training, and certifications. The range for this position is $54,000-$60,000 annually.

Schedule

The state title for this position is Staff Assistant (SL-2) and is part of the United University Professions Union.
