About the role
Lead the development and delivery of technical solutions within the Asset & Wealth Management engineering team. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical strategies and roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Drive innovation in technology solutions for asset management platforms
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement technical solutions
- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and efficient systems
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies relevant to asset management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related field
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in financial software (e.g., Java, Python)
- Experience with cloud-based services and infrastructure
