About the role

We build a complex AI-native product that runs AI-moderated video interviews at massive scale. Our platform finds the right people from a network of millions, our AI conducts open-ended conversations with thousands of candidates in parallel, and we surface what to build next. Our closed-loop product development allows agents to write code and ask Listen whether users would actually want a feature, getting a grounded answer back and iterating.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a database of millions of people, matching profiles based on voice, face, and device IDs.
• Develop emotional intelligence features to read tone, hesitation, and facial micro-expressions to understand human preferences.
• Work on updating the preference model to ensure high signal and quantify uncertainty in predictions.
• Design and implement the Human API to allow agents to call the preference model from where decisions happen.
• Develop and evaluate the Research Agent to analyze thousands of responses and write reports.

Requirements

• Experience with large-scale data processing and machine learning.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing and sentiment analysis.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas in writing.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI development.
