Why We're Hiring

The Enterprise ARR is growing 5x YoY. We're hiring an FDE to accelerate this growth by identifying new use cases, building necessary tools, and closing gaps between product capabilities and customer needs.

What You'll Do

• Deploy an Enterprise customer end-to-end within 30 days
• Ship internal tooling or product contributions that make the next similar deployment materially faster within 60 days
• Establish a process or infrastructure the team didn't know it needed within 90 days

Who You Are

• Technical role at an early-stage startup experience
• Experience as an FDE, Solutions Architect, or Solutions Engineer
• Proactive process change
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Genuine bias toward action

• Experience building your own startup or pursuing personal projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience
• Strong generalist skills
• Worked at a company with fewer than 50 people
• Shipped at least one product with real users
• 1+ year as a founding or early engineer at a startup that raised Series A or beyond
