Member of Technical Staff, Forward-Deployed Engineering
About the role
We are seeking a Forward-Deployed Engineer at Quadrillion Labs who combines technical excellence with deep empathy and customer-facing skills. The role involves deploying Qualia into various customer environments, building integrations, and managing customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Deploy Qualia into customers' real environments.
- Stand up Qualia in unusual enterprise environments, connecting to unique data sources, and navigating customer constraints.
- Build prototypes and integrate workflows that meet customer needs, then transfer learnings to production.
- Manage customer and product relations, providing support through various channels.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack or backend engineering experience, particularly with Python.
- Previous experience as a Forward-Deployed Engineer or similar customer-facing role.
- Comfort working in unfamiliar codebases.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, zero-to-one environment.

$175K - $350K
