About the role
As a Member Experience Specialist II, you will establish and nurture financial relationships with members by processing transactions, updating accounts, opening new accounts, and assisting with loan applications. You will cross-sell Credit Union products and services, support business development initiatives, solicit new memberships through branch engagement and local business visits, and conduct outbound calls. Your role ensures adherence to policies and procedures while meeting individual and team performance and sales goals, embodying the SkyOne Service and Sales Model to deliver a meaningful and tailored member experience.
Responsibilities
- Process member transactions and update accounts.
- Open new member accounts and assist with loan applications.
- Cross-sell appropriate Credit Union products and services.
- Support business development initiatives by soliciting new memberships at the branch and through local business engagement.
- Attend SEG visits and conduct outbound calls to promote membership.
- Adhere to policies and procedures while meeting performance and sales goals.
- Embody the SkyOne Service and Sales Model to ensure meaningful member interactions.
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of Credit Union products and services.
- Proficiency in utilizing account information to offer tailored solutions.
- Strong communication skills for professional service and resolving member inquiries.
- Attention to detail for accurate transaction processing and cash handling compliance.
- Ability to manage time, adhere to policies, and complete required training.
Qualifications
- Windows, Word, Excel, and Internet proficiency.
- Proficient in 10-key and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to various situations and identify member needs.
- Goal-oriented and dependable.
- Working knowledge of electronic delivery services, products, and applicable rules and regulations related to branches and ATMs.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial institution.
Pay
$28.80 - $35.00 per hour
