As a Member Experience Specialist Ii, you will play a crucial role in the success of our branch at SkyOne Federal Credit Union. This position focuses on elevating sales performance while delivering an exceptional experience to every member and business partner. Leading by example, you will take ownership of your branch's sales goals and inspire fellow Member Experience Specialists to achieve excellence.

• Drive meaningful conversations that reinforce a culture of service excellence

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in sales, cross-selling, or performance-based roles
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and communication skills (verbal, written, and phone)
• Proven ability to cross-sell products and hold effective, consultative conversations
• Solid understanding of financial products and services
• Proficient with Windows, Word, Excel, internet navigation, 10-key, and general typing
