Member Experience & Sales Representative (No experience needed)

About the role

Whether you've sold cars, furniture, home improvement services, insurance, wireless plans, retail products, or worked in any customer-facing sales role, we're looking for motivated sales professionals who enjoy helping customers and want to build a long-term career with uncapped earning potential. You'll meet with homeowners from our existing customer base, understand their needs, and recommend plumbing solutions that improve their homes. No plumbing experience is required—our training program will prepare you.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify opportunities to improve or replace outdated equipment
• Educate customers on available plumbing solutions
• Present options that fit the customer's needs and budget
• Build trust and guide homeowners through the buying process
• Work closely with our operations and installation teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable recommending solutions to homeowners
• Motivated to learn a new trade and develop sales skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
