About the role

Calling All People-Persons! We're looking for someone who genuinely loves connecting with people. If you're the type of person who naturally starts conversations, remembers names, enjoys helping others, brings positive energy wherever you go, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone - we'd love to meet you. This isn't a sit-behind-the-desk job. Our Sales Associates are the heart of our studios. You are the first and last impression every member has when they walk through our doors. Every shift is about creating an exceptional experience, building relationships, helping people achieve their fitness goals, and making every client feel welcome. If you're dependable, hardworking, resourceful, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client with genuine enthusiasm from the moment they walk in
• Build relationships with members and create an exceptional studio experience
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a positive, professional, and timely manner
• Follow up with prospective members and help them find the membership that's right for them
• Provide outstanding customer service that keeps members coming back
• Learn our sales process and confidently guide prospective members through it
• Assist with studio operations, organization, and cleanliness
• Work as a team and jump in wherever needed to support the studio

• Available evenings and weekends
• Outgoing, friendly, and enjoys talking with people
• Positive, energetic, and dependable
• Confident making and receiving phone calls
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Resourceful and enjoys finding solutions
• Hardworking with a strong work ethic
• Team player who jumps in wherever needed
• Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
• Sales experience is a plus, but personality and attitude are most important

Pay

$18/hour plus commission
