Qualifications
- Passion for fitness, sports, or youth development
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive, energetic, and professional personality
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and asking for the sale
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Canva and social media platforms
- Willingness to work evenings and every other Saturday
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service, sales, hospitality, or fitness industry experience
- Experience with membership sales or consultative selling
- Marketing or event planning experience is a plus
- Experience working with youth athletes or sports organizations is preferred
Skills
- Become proficient in explaining all D1 Training programs and memberships
- Consistently respond to new leads within established response time goals
- Achieve membership sales and conversion expectations
- Deliver an exceptional member experience that contributes to high retention
- Successfully coordinate and support community outreach efforts
- Produce professional marketing materials and assist with social media initiatives
- Become a trusted resource for athletes, parents, coaches and the D1 team

D1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise, that is growing rapidly. D1 Training has over 80 facilities open and 180+ in development. At D1 Training, we inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. At D1, we believe in training the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance. No gimmicks, no fads; we utilize trusted and proven training techniques used to build the world’s best athletes and deliver the, in age-appropriate programs led by our expert coaches. What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete, matured into fitness training for adults as well.
