Position Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members, delivering a highly personalized and hospitality-driven experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and guests, anticipating needs and proactively enhancing satisfaction.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive annual calendar of member events, sporting activities, social gatherings, and exclusive experiences.
- Encourage member participation in lessons, events, hunting programs, competitions, and outdoor activities.
- Collaborate with Sporting, Culinary, Events, Retail, and Membership teams to deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Work with department leaders to develop programming that increases member engagement, retention, and utilization of club amenities.
- Oversee the execution of sporting and recreational activities, including shooting sports, fishing, archery, and instructional programs.
- Collaborate with instructors, guides, and vendors to ensure members are matched with appropriate experiences.
- Support membership sales efforts by hosting prospective member tours, introducing club amenities, and participating in recruitment events.
- Lead planning and execution of member events, ensuring high service standards and attention to detail.
- Gather member feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of club services and programming.
- Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and club policies.
- Aid and support other departments and club events as needed to ensure overall operational success.
- Maintain budget oversight for member programming and events while ensuring financial responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, member services, club management, sports management, event coordination, or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-touch customer service in a luxury hospitality, private club, resort, or outdoor recreation environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, POS systems, Club Essentials, and other member management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation Management, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Work Schedule
Wednesday Sunday (flexibility required for events and peak seasons)

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000/yr
