Brief Description
Verity is hiring for a Member Consultant II at our Auburn Branch. Since 1933, Verity has been a local member-owned credit union and the only financial institution in the Pacific Northwest that is a part of the Global Alliance for Banking on Values (GABV).
About the Role
The Member Consultant II enhances members' lives by creating trusted relationships. This position brings Verity's experience standards to life in every interaction, making it easy to do business, finding ways to say "yes," and valuing members' time.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain trusted relationships with members
- Originate, process, and onboard new members
- Originate, process, and fund consumer, mortgage, and business loans
- Capture relevant member information and input it into the CRM system
- Protect members' confidence by adhering to security and compliance procedures
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions including wires, payments, and IRA distributions
- Aid in branch operations, audits, and opening/closing procedures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve individual and team goals
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a financial institution
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience

Benefits
- Base Pay: Salary range of $26.61 (minimum) to $39.92 (maximum), with a midpoint of $33.27
- Commission / Incentive Pay: Eligible for monthly and quarterly bonuses
