We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Intro paragraph about BECU, people helping people, etc. This is prose. - PAY RANGE: The Target Pay Range for this position is $26.00 - $32.12 hourly. - BENEFITS – Because People Helping People Starts With Supporting You: list: 401(k) Company Match (up to 3%); 4% annual contribution to your 401(k) by BECU; Medical, Dental and Vision (family contributions as well); PTO Program + Exchange Program; Tuition Reimbursement Program; BECU Cares volunteer time off + donation match. - IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE: As a Member Consultant II, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and high-quality member experience. This is more than a job – it’s a chance to elevate your career, skills, and future, all while contributing to the robust technological landscape of BECU. Embrace the opportunity to grow with us. Apply now, bring your expertise to the table, and let’s achieve excellence together at BECU. Your journey of influence, innovation, and impactful contribution starts now. #BECU #YourGrowth #BECUJourney - EEO Statement: BECU is an equal opportunity employer... (should be removed as boilerplate). We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, any navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions (like "Apply now" maybe considered application instruction? The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should remove "Apply now, bring your expertise to the table, and let’s achieve excellence together at BECU." Also maybe "Ready to make an indelible impact? ..." is more motivational but not strictly application instruction; but it's part of "JOIN THE JOURNEY" which might be considered application encouragement. The instruction says remove application instructions. Likely we should remove any direct call to apply. However we need to preserve substantive information. The "JOIN THE JOURNEY" paragraph is more marketing but not essential? It might be considered boilerplate? It's not a legal boilerplate but it's promotional. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the "JOIN THE JOURNEY" paragraph as it's essentially an application encouragement. Also remove hashtags. We need to keep substantive info: intro about BECU, pay range, benefits, impact you'll make, compensation transparency, about this role & pod expectations, what you'll do, qualifications. We need to structure into sections with

headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About the role: could include intro about BECU and role description (maybe "About This Role & Pod Expectations"). - Responsibilities: could be "WHAT YOU’LL DO" and "IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE" (these are duties). Also "Assisting the community with financial wellness" etc. - Requirements: could be "QUALIFICATIONS" (minimum and desired). Also maybe "Training Required" etc. - Skills: maybe we can extract from qualifications: problem resolution, negotiating, organization, multi-tasking, peer coaching, ability to work flexible shifts, proficiency with systems, etc. But we could also put skills under Qualifications. - Benefits: we have benefits list. - Pay: we have pay range. - Schedule: we have training schedule and post-training schedule details. We need to avoid thin sections; prefer few substantive sections. So we could combine some. We need to use

    for section headings. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must preserve all substantive information. We must not create sections with filler text. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's decide on sections: 1. About the role (intro + role description). Could combine the opening paragraph about BECU and the "About This Role & Pod Expectations" (including pod branches, rotation, one-year commitment, training location, travel required, flexibility). That's substantive. 2. Responsibilities (duties): combine "IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE" and "WHAT YOU’LL DO". Also maybe "Assisting the community with financial wellness" appears twice but we can deduplicate. 3. Requirements (qualifications): combine Minimum and Desired qualifications. 4. Benefits: list. 5. Pay: pay range. 6. Schedule: training schedule and post-training schedule. We need to ensure we don't create sections with placeholder text. All have real content. We need to avoid duplication: The "Assisting the community with financial wellness" appears in both Impact and What You'll Do; we can include once. We need to remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicate sentences; we should deduplicate. Let's extract content precisely. Intro paragraph: "Is it surprising to hear that a financial institution of 1.5 million members and over $30 billion in managed assets say that success comes from focusing on people, not profits? Our “people helping people” philosophy has guided us since 1935, driving our deep commitment to serving our members, communities, and each other. When you join our team, you become part of a purpose-driven organization where your work makes a real difference. While we’re proud of our history, we’re even more excited about our future. With business and technology transformation on the horizon, there’s never been a better time to be part of BECU. You bring more than your expertise to your role, and that matters here. Your story, perspectives, and lived experiences help shape belonging at BECU and deepen how we connect with and support our employees, our members, and our communities." That's prose. About This Role & Pod Expectations: "This role is part of a pod (a group of nearby branches) within BECU’s East District. Additional details provided if moved forward in the hiring process. Pod Branches: Downtown Bellevue/Eastside Financial Center/Redmond/Sammamish. Location support based on business needs. Rotation Required: You’ll work across all POD branches for up to your first year or more - this is a core expectation of the role. One-Year Commitment: All Retail new hires are expected to remain in this role, POD, and schedule for a minimum of one year before pursuing other opportunities within BECU. Training: Training will include travel to the Tukwila Financial Center. Travel Required: The ability to commute between branches & training location is required. Flexibility Required: Schedules are typically given 30 days in advance but you may be asked to adapt to varying schedules and branch assignments based on business needs." We can combine with intro as "About the role". Responsibilities: IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE: "As a Member Consultant II, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and high-quality member experience.
