Member Communication Supervisor- Roseville, CA- Remote

About the role

Oversight and supervision of a dedicated call center team, including hiring, training, staff recognition, and performance evaluation. Engage in real-time performance monitoring to facilitate achievement of service level agreement requirements. Ensure inquiries and issues are researched and resolved in compliance with client-defined policies, procedures, and criteria. Review and approve training curriculum to ensure staff are appropriately trained. Continually monitor, assess, and recommend improvements to the Call Center process.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance in real-time to meet service level agreement requirements.
• Ensure compliance with client-defined policies, procedures, and criteria for resolving inquiries and issues.
• Review and approve training curriculum for call center staff.
• Assess and recommend improvements to Call Center processes.

Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role with leadership responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in the healthcare industry in provider, insurance, operations, or administration.
• Medicaid and/or Medicare knowledge and experience strongly desired.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate employees.
• Strong time management, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be a resident of the state of California.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $64,800.00 - $88,900.00 per year. The base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
