Member Assist Cart Attendant

What you'll do

• Sweep the facility to maintain safety according to company policies and procedures.
• Resolve member issues and concerns by contacting members to notify when pickup times are delayed, informing them when products are unavailable, offering alternative product options, ensuring products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures, and ensuring items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.
• Process member purchases, assist with payments, locate and organize merchandise, zone the designated areas, and promote the company's products and services.
• Assist members with transporting items, utilizing cart retrieval equipment according to company policies and procedures, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by implementing related action plans, using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

• The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $24.00* with additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour.
