Member Assist Cart Attendant

What you'll do

• Sweep the facility to maintain safety according to company policies and procedures.
• Resolve member issues and concerns by contacting members to notify them of delayed pickup times, unavailable products, and offering alternative product options.
• Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures, and items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.
• Process member purchases, assist with payments, and utilize cash registers to assist members with transactions.
• Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds, and assist members with transporting items.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness.

What you'll need

• Ensuring club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informing members when products are unavailable; offering members alternative product options when needed; ensuring products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures; ensuring items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services.
