What you'll do
- Sweep the facility to maintain safety according to company policies and procedures.
- Resolve member issues and concerns by contacting members to notify them of delayed pickup times, unavailable products, and offering alternative product options.
- Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures, and items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.
- Process member purchases, assist with payments, and utilize cash registers to assist members with transactions.
- Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds, and assist members with transporting items.
- Maintain parking lot cleanliness.
Ensures club pick up orders are filled
- Contact members to inform them when pickup times are delayed.
- Inform members when products are unavailable and offer alternative product options.
- Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.
- Resolve member issues and concerns.
- Promote the company's products and services.
Provides member service
- Identify member needs and assist with purchasing decisions.
- Locate and organize merchandise.
- Zoning the designated areas.
- Resolve member issues and concerns.

- Assist members with transporting items.
- Utilize cart retrieval equipment according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain parking lot cleanliness.
