About the Role

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You will help shape our members' entire shopping experience by providing a positive first and last impression. In this role, you will ensure members see a well-kept parking lot, assist with purchases, and maintain cart availability. You will also help members load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This role requires constant movement and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures club pickup orders are filled by:
    • Contacting members to notify them of pickup delays
    • Informing members when products are unavailable and offering alternatives
    • Selecting and packaging products according to company policies
    • Dispensing items when members arrive for pickup
    • Resolving member issues and concerns
    • Promoting the company’s products and services
  • Maintains facility safety by:
    • Conducting safety sweeps
    • Following procedures for handling merchandise
    • Correcting and reporting unsafe situations
  • Provides member service by:
    • Acknowledging members and identifying their needs
    • Assisting with purchasing decisions and processing purchases
    • Handling payments according to company policies
    • Utilizing cash registers for transactions
    • Locating and organizing merchandise
    • Zoning designated areas
    • Maintaining availability of carts and flatbeds
    • Assisting members with transporting items
    • Utilizing cart retrieval equipment
    • Maintaining parking lot cleanliness
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by:
    • Implementing related action plans
    • Using the Open Door Policy
  • Completes work assignments and priorities by:
    • Using policies, data, and resources
    • Collaborating with managers, coworkers, and members
    • Identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations
    • Communicating progress and information
    • Recommending ways to improve processes
    • Adapting to change, difficulties, and feedback

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $24.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
