Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal teams and service providers to schedule and support onsite meetings and events across the organization.
  • Coordinate room reservations, event logistics, and resource planning - ensuring spaces are scheduled effectively and business partners have what they need for a seamless experience.
  • Provide guidance on event logistics, navigate space and scheduling constraints, and deliver solutions within established processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., facilities, AV/live production, food services, travel, IT) to align planning efforts and support consistent execution.
  • Leverage event and space utilization data to inform decisions on improving workflows and optimizing resource use.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact, delivering high-quality service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Requirements

  • Must-have qualifications:
    • A high school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of six years of experience in event planning, corporate hospitality, or a related field {OR}
    • A bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality management, business, or related field of study, and a minimum of three years of experience in event planning, corporate hospitality, or a related field.
  • Preferred skills:
    • Experience supporting and scheduling high-volume, large-scale corporate meetings and events for a recognizable brand, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Hands-on experience with enterprise event management, room booking, or workplace reservation platforms used to manage space and scheduling at scale.
    • Hospitality experience partnering across cross-functional teams (e.g., AV/live production, facilities, food services, travel, IT) to deliver coordinated event solutions within established processes.
    • Experience using event and space utilization data to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve operational efficiency.
    • Ability to advise business partners on event logistics, navigate constraints, and deliver solutions within a structured corporate environment, including executive or high-visibility meetings.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Compliance with Progressive's driving standards and/or policies.

Pay

$55,700 - $74,200/year

Schedule

This is a hybrid remote position; due to on-site needs, candidates must currently be located in Cleveland, Ohio.
