About the Role

Fabventure Travel's Mediterranean Cruise Specialist will support Europe, Mediterranean, and Caribbean cruises, all-inclusive vacations, honeymoons, family trips, and groups, with a focus on traveler-fit planning. This role ensures accurate, secure, and traceable execution within Europe travel support, with clear handoffs and workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier or booking follow-up.
• Document the reasoning behind important trip choices.
• Clarify traveler priorities before recommending options.
• Research destinations and products against stated needs.
• Compare meaningful tradeoffs without presenting pending details as final.

Qualifications

• Confident use of Product Knowledge and Travel Sales.
• Proficiency in Cruise Vacation Operations, managing exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
• Clear documentation of Quote Preparation decisions.
• Sound judgment in Traveler Communication, especially during escalations.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000-$62,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
