Huron’s Healthcare Digital Transformation Solutions (HDTx) team partners with leading healthcare organizations to design innovative digital strategies that solve their most complex technical challenges. We are growing a team of exceptional technical consultants who are passionate about modernizing and optimizing best-in-class EHR platforms.
Responsibilities
- Leverage your technical expertise to help our clients enhance their EHR to improve care delivery, patient outcomes and profitability.
- Partner with healthcare clients and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of their Meditech EHR system.
- Collaborate with a team of consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions to our healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and design system workflows that enhance efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve patient care.
- Facilitate meetings effectively and efficiently to stakeholders of all levels through the development of clear agendas and objectives, documenting notes and ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completed.
Requirements
- Experienced in using Meditech's Clinical Ambulatory solution to optimize patient flows and bed tracking, analyze resource utilization and looking at ways to improve operational efficiency.
- Comfortable collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to understand current workflows related to throughput and patient bed placement.
- Can identify areas for improvement and design system workflows that enhance efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve patient care.
- Proficiency in Meditech Clinical Ambulatory system build, testing, training, configuration and support.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Previous consulting experience in an ambulatory, healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant healthcare industry experience.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, PMP a plus.
- RN Certification is preferred.

The estimated base salary range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
