Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Support: Drive the end-to-end implementation of the Meditech Laboratory Information System (LIS).
- Build & Design: Execute hands-on design, build, rigorous testing, and post-go-live operational support.
- Optimize Workflows: Ensure seamless integration between the lab system and clinical hospital workflows.
- Collaborate: Partner across cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality healthcare IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Meditech Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience with Meditech LIS (design, build, device set-up, configuration and maintenance).
- Project Leadership: Strong communication and project management skills with a knack for cross-team collaboration.
- Healthcare Tech Passion: A drive to elevate patient care and operational efficiency through technology.
- Flexibility: Ability to work remotely, with willingness to travel on-site for key milestones (e.g., go-lives).
