About the Role
The MediSpa Service Coordinator provides superior customer service to clients by welcoming them and creating a hospitable environment.
Responsibilities
- Greets, schedules appointments, and services clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Explains all products, services, and treatments to clients
- Ensures towels are properly folded and well-stocked and that products are neat and orderly
- Supports technicians to consistently increase guest retention and service sales and maintain minimum retail sales goals
- Assists the Manager with inventory and ordering products
- Reconciles the cash register at end of shift
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, climb or lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Some related college experience
- Customer service experience in MediSpa, Medical Clinic or Spa
Pay
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and pays up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.
