We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Medication Technician to join our assisted living team. The Med Tech is responsible for safely administering medications to residents, supporting daily care needs, and ensuring a comfortable, respectful living environment. This role works closely with nursing staff to promote the health and well-being of our residents. Qualifications: Must meet Ohio state requirements for Medication Technician/Medication AidePrior experience in assisted living or long-term care preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsCompassionate, patient, and team-oriented approach to careCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Key Responsibilities: Administer medications as prescribed and in accordance with state regulations and facility policiesAccurately document medication administration and report any errors or concernsObserve residents for changes in condition and report findings to the nurse or supervisorAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, and mobility as neededMaintain medication carts, storage areas, and records in a clean and organized mannerEnsure compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standardsProvide excellent customer service to residents, families, and team members Join Our Team: If you are passionate about providing quality care and making a difference in the lives of seniors, we encourage you to apply today!
