Medication Technician, NAC or HCA Required

Responsibilities

• Administration and assistance with self-administering medications to residents.
• Measure vital signs including, weight, height, blood pressure, etc.
• Communicating with physicians and their offices.
• Implementing medication orders.
• Observing, reporting, and documenting any resident changes, and informing appropriate parties.
• Other duties as directed by the RSC, DHS, or Administrator.

Qualifications

• A current Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) certificate or Home Care Aide (HCA) certificate.
• A WA Nurse Delegation Certificate.
• A WA State Special Focus in Diabetes Delegation.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Ability to lift, pull, push up to 35 lbs routinely.
• 2+ years experience administering meds in high volume setting, highly preferred.

Pay

The Springs Living provides a competitive compensation package for the Medication Technician position, with an hourly wage of $19-$23.50 per hour, depending on experience.
