WHAT OUR RESIDENT CARE ASSOCIATES DO:

  • Medication assistance, documentation, and management
  • Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
  • Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
  • Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
  • Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
  • Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Certification: Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA)
  • Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
  • Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
  • Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
