About the Role

Remote Facility: Mosinee Offsite Department: Pharmacy Schedule: Monday-Friday day shift | Full-Time Salary range: $19.73-$26.70 per hour

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, registration, and billing processes to ensure seamless patient experience
• Act as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams to facilitate communication and cooperation
• Partner with management to develop and implement operational strategies for the department
• Maintain and monitor key performance indicators to ensure departmental efficiency and compliance with regulations

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience

Qualifications

• Epic experience desired
• Medication prior authorization required

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
