Medication Aide (RMA) - Second Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) for an inpatient residential facility, primarily for evening shifts (3pm-11pm).

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, quality medical care to stabilize clients and support their treatment engagement
• Perform nursing duties such as monitoring vitals, drug screens, medication management, and charting
• Collaborate with medical and clinical teams for coordinated care
• Manage medical supplies, schedule appointments, and arrange aftercare
• Handle pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid licensure as a medication aide (RMA) in the state
• Strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Knowledge of substance use and its bio-psychosocial impact
