Med Techs / QMAPs have the option to explore advancement opportunities such as Resident Care Coordinators and Nurses. Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider, based on state regulations and completion of required training/certification
• Observe and report responses to medication to your supervisor
• Ensure the medication supply room is organized and clean
• Assist with medication cart audits
• Provide accurate counts of all medications
• Communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery

Requirements

• Completion of required training and certification per state regulation
• Certified Medication Aide/Tech credential (where required by state)

Pay

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.
