About the role
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Medication Aide to support resident care during weekends on the 3rd shift.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately and document care
- Monitor residents for changes and assist with routine care within scope of practice
- Maintain a safe, clean environment
- Adhere to safety and confidentiality standards
- Effectively communicate with team members to ensure continuity of care
Requirements
- Current certification as a Medication Aide
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Dependable weekend availability
