About the role
We are seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide medication administration and patient care support in a correctional healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications according to protocols
- Assist with routine patient care and clinical needs
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient information
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Follow safety and security procedures
- Provide respectful and compassionate care
Qualifications and skills
- Certified as a Medication Aide
- Knowledge of medication administration, patient care, documentation, and safety protocols
- Strong teamwork, communication, and compassion
Schedule
- Full-time evening schedule from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
- Rotating every-other-weekend shifts
- Shift differentials
