Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to assess insurance needs
  • Quote, explain, and recommend appropriate coverage options
  • Manage client relationships from initial consultation through ongoing service
  • Contribute to agency growth through new business development
  • Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and cross-selling
  • Complete applications and support underwriting approvals
  • Deliver policies and ensure accuracy of coverage
  • Provide ongoing service, including policy reviews and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records and follow agency processes
  • Participate in training and professional development

Requirements

  • Active Life, Health, and Variable Annuities Agent License (2-15) required
  • 0–2 years of insurance, sales, or customer service experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
  • Goal-oriented with strong communication and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous learning
  • High school diploma or GED required

Pay & Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation Structure: $32,000 Base + Commission + Bonuses
  • First year on-target earnings: ~$60,000+
  • Uncapped earning potential (top performers earn $100,000+)
