About The Opportunity

Slate Professional Resources is seeking qualified Medicare Sales Agents for an assignment with one of our valued clients. This is an excellent opportunity for insurance professionals who want strong earning potential while helping seniors navigate their Medicare options. You will educate prospective members on available Medicare products, assess individual needs, and guide customers through plan enrollment. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, compliant, sales-driven, and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Location: Northeast Baltimore Metro Area

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales opportunities with prospective Medicare members
• Educate clients on Medicare Plan options
• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Complete enrollments accurately and in compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM and enrollment systems
• Meet or exceed sales, productivity, and quality performance goals

Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License in resident state (additional non-resident licenses a plus)
• Current AHIP certification preferred
• Prior Medicare sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Professionalism and attention to detail

Pay

$20/hr + Commission
