Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries from prospective Medicare clients
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and marketing campaigns
- Present Medicare educational and sales seminars to prospective clients
- Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
- Schedule appointments and complete plan enrollments
- Build rapport and maintain strong client relationships
- Accurately document client interactions within CRM systems
- Maintain daily call activity and sales performance goals
- Stay current on Medicare regulations, carrier products, and compliance requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Active Health Insurance License required
- AHIP certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Previous Medicare sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience with inbound and outbound calling environments preferred
- Comfortable with public speaking and seminar presentations
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
