Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and grow a network of referral sources within your assigned territory
• Establish relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, and community organizations
• Implement marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and generate referrals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth referral and onboarding process for new clients
• Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records of referral trends and progress

Qualifications

• Proven experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development, home care experience preferred
• Excellent relationship building, communication, and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Positive, team oriented attitude with a commitment to collaboration and professional excellence
