The Home Health Community Marketing Liaison is a relationship building and educational position within Empath Home Health, a recognized provider of high-quality, outcomes-driven care in Pinellas County.
Responsibilities
- Educate referral sources about Home Health services.
- Identify and facilitate opportunities for marketing, referrals, community outreach, and education of the Home Health program.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' outreach in Home Health, professional relations, and/or sales experience.
- Ability to work unsupervised with a high degree of discretion and independent judgement.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
