About the Role

We are seeking a Community Liaison Representative to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for an outgoing, experienced, team-oriented medical marketing/sales professional who is driven to work. You’ll need excellent communication skills (phone, text, email) and a focus on quality outcomes and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site meetings and presentations to physicians, hospitals, medical facility professionals, and community organizations.
• Work with the clinical field team and management to develop a strategic marketing plan.
• Collaborate with the Support team during weekly teleconferences (and as needed) to track progress.

Qualifications and Skills

• Determined, collaborative, and dedicated personality.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing/sales in hospice (2+ years highly preferred).
• Experience in pharmaceutical, assisted living, skilled nursing, or other healthcare sales considered.
• Familiarity with referral sources in the area.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Relatable with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
