About the role

Join our team at Activa Home Health as a Medicare Home Health Sales Liaison and help connect patients with the care they need while driving business growth in your community. Territory: Indian River County and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and grow a network of referral sources within your assigned territory
Establish relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, and community organizations
Implement marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and generate referrals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth referral and onboarding process for new clients
Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records of referral trends and progress

Qualifications

Proven experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development, home care experience preferred
Excellent relationship building, communication, and presentation skills
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Positive, team oriented attitude with a commitment to collaboration and professional excellence
