Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process medical billing through Shexie practice management software
- Maintain billing accuracy, completeness, and timely submission
- Maintain patient records and procedure documentation within the system
- Aid with booking patients for procedures, ensuring correct scheduling and preparation
- Formulate and maintain procedure lists, calendars, and workflow timelines
- Cover administrative steps for upcoming procedures
- Manage the practitioner’s work email account, including triage, drafting responses, and organising communication
- Liaise with patients, referrers, and other contacts professionally and with warmth
- Provide clear, concise communication to support smooth patient journeys
- Assist with additional admin tasks as needed to support daily operations
- Maintain organised digital files, documents, and practice workflows
- Support process improvements and ensure systems run efficiently
