Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process medical billing through Shexie practice management software
  • Maintain billing accuracy, completeness, and timely submission
  • Maintain patient records and procedure documentation within the system
  • Aid with booking patients for procedures, ensuring correct scheduling and preparation
  • Formulate and maintain procedure lists, calendars, and workflow timelines
  • Cover administrative steps for upcoming procedures
  • Manage the practitioner’s work email account, including triage, drafting responses, and organising communication
  • Liaise with patients, referrers, and other contacts professionally and with warmth
  • Provide clear, concise communication to support smooth patient journeys
  • Assist with additional admin tasks as needed to support daily operations
  • Maintain organised digital files, documents, and practice workflows
  • Support process improvements and ensure systems run efficiently
