Responsibilities
- Providing excellent patient experiences by welcoming and preparing patients
- Supporting providers during procedures
- Documenting visit details
- Fulfilling prescriptions
- Ensuring smooth clinic operations
- Managing supplies, equipment, and exam room flow
- Contributing to a positive team environment
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of a state-approved Medical Assistant program or extensive relevant experience
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Work Environment & Physical Demands: Medical office setting with potential exposure to communicable diseases and biohazards. Activities may require standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs, and maintaining hygiene standards.
