MEDICAL TRANSPORTER

Qualifications

• Valid NY, NJ or CT driver's license and authorized driver status for the Agency.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• The ability to complete all aspects of required Behavioral Management Trainings.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agency vehicles to medical appointments and hospitals.
• Supervise children on medical visits or while being transported when a nurse or another worker is driving.
• Be available to supervise any child at the RTC from any unit, as a floater.
• Be available to be assigned the Tyree Learning Center or the Social Work Department as needed, at the discretion of the Nursing Supervisor, Campus Director, or Residential Director.
