Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of progressive management experience in healthcare, operations, and/or medical transportation leadership
- Experience in building and leveraging key relationships and driving strategic initiatives
- Leadership positions reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
- EMT-P or RN licensure (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
- Strong business finance skills, including budgeting and projections
- Proven ability to manage, train, and develop teams
