About the role
Responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Conducting tests on blood, body fluids, and tissues to identify abnormalities and monitor patient health.
Responsibilities
- Collecting and processing specimens for testing.
- Interpreting test results and communicating findings to healthcare providers.
- Maintaining accurate and complete records of patient information.
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Phlebotomist Certification.
- Current CPR / BLS card.
- At least 2 years of Medical Technologist / Clinical Laboratory Scientist work experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
