Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities
- Analyze, review, and report testing results
- Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement effective solutions
- Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with biological and chemical hazards
- Champion safety, compliance, and quality control
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology or related degree, preferred
- New York State Department of Education License - Clinical Laboratory Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Technician, required
- ASCP Certification, preferred
- Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including but not limited to: telephones, computers, automated analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, manual and automated pipettes, and audible alarms
- Bonus points if you have 2+ years of laboratory training or experience performing high complexity testing within area of specialty

Pay and Schedule
- MT $38-50/hour / MLT $30-45/hour plus shift differential
- Full Time Benefit Eligible
- Scheduled Weekly Hours 40

- Monday to Friday with Alternating Saturdays
- Hours: 11:59pm-8:30am
