Overview Location: UF Health Jacksonville Hospital 655 8th St W, Jacksonville, FL 32209 Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:30am - 3:00pm Employment Type: Full-Time Join UF Health and be part of a team committed to exceptional patient care, innovation, and community impact. We are currently seeking a passionate individual who is eager to make a difference in a dynamic healthcare environment. Performs a wide range of medical laboratory procedures requiring technical knowledge and skill. Operates complicated laboratory analyzers to provide critical data for use in the treatment and diagnosis of disease. Performs and analyzes quality control data. Evaluates/researches new techniques and/or equipment. Interacts with nursing and health care practitioners. Provides excellent customer service. Does not report results. Qualifications Required Education: Associate's degree. Specific course work: Associate's degree or higher in medical laboratory/clinical laboratory science or a human related science such as chemistry or biology. Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree Required Experience: Less than one year trainee/student Necessary Skills Practices Hospitality Training Possesses Critical thinking skills Good communication skills verbal and written.
