About the role
Perform STAT and routine complex laboratory tests on biological specimens using manual and automated methods. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of patient results, collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test outcomes, and support laboratory operations to maintain testing capabilities.

Requirements
- Baccalaureate Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related health field
- Completion of an accredited clinical laboratory training program
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to produce precise results under time constraints
- Effective multitasking skills
- Ability to distinguish colors
- Safe handling of machinery and chemicals
- Tolerance for exposure to pathogens, chemicals, and immunosuppressed patients
Licenses & Certifications
- State of Florida Clinical Technologist license in relevant areas or equivalent certification (preferred)
