Medical Technologist - Full-Time

Role Overview The Medical Technologist / Medical Lab Scientist (MT/MLS) / Medical Lab Technologist (MLT) is responsible for performing diagnostic laboratory tests to aid in disease diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. Key Responsibilities Conduct a wide range of laboratory procedures with accuracy and adherence to quality standards.Analyze and interpret test results to support clinical decision-making.Troubleshoot complex laboratory instruments and maintain quality control.Ensure compliance with laboratory regulations and safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills Associate degree in medical laboratory technology or equivalent for MLT; Bachelor's degree in related sciences for MT/MLS.Certification eligibility from recognized certifying bodies such as ASCP, AMT, or CLIA standards.Previous experience preferred; new graduates are welcome.Strong understanding of laboratory techniques, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
