Medical Technologist - Full-Time

About the Role

A Medical Technologist / Medical Lab Scientist (MT/MLS) or Medical Lab Technologist (MLT) performs diagnostic laboratory tests to aid in disease diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a wide range of laboratory procedures with accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze and interpret test results to support clinical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot complex laboratory instruments and maintain quality control.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory regulations and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Associate degree in medical laboratory technology or equivalent for MLT; Bachelor's degree in related sciences for MT/MLS.
• Certification eligibility from recognized certifying bodies such as ASCP, AMT, or CLIA standards.
• Previous experience preferred; new graduates are welcome.
